What’s Actually Running at Elements Casino Victoria
When people search for a Victoria promo code, they usually imagine a little box where you type some magic word and everything unlocks. Elements Casino Victoria does not run things that way. There is no online field, no “enter code here” step. Instead, you get a rotation of on-site deals tied to the Encore Rewards loyalty card, hotel stays, food receipts, and seasonal gaming promos - each one with its own trigger, fine print and timing.
As of 2026, the verified offer types currently showing look roughly like this:
- Stay & Play - a $20 bonus-play voucher for guests booked at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Victoria. You show your Canadian government-issued ID at the hotel front desk during check-in and the voucher is handed to you there, not by anyone at the casino.
- Dine and Play - a $15 bonus-play credit that you can put into slots or electronic table games at participating Casinos BC locations, including Elements Casino Victoria.
- The Well Public House dining bonus - $5 in bonus play issued after you buy a regular menu item over $10 at The Well Public House, subject to whatever Encore Rewards terms are attached to your account.
- Lahal Slot Tournament - a prize-pool slot event listed at $1,000,000 on the main gaming promotions schedule; dates, times and entry rules show up at casinovictoria.ca/promo-category/gaming/.
- Poker promotions - rake-based deals such as $5 rake games plus weekly gift-card draws during set promo periods.
Each one runs on its own eligibility rules and cutoffs. They do not automatically stack. Unless the written terms specifically say two promos can be combined, you have to assume they do not, and check before building plans around it.
How Bonus Play Actually Gets Activated
Everything happens on-site and in person. That is the key detail a lot of people miss. You are not copy-pasting a Victoria promo code into an online account. You are carrying a printed voucher or a paper receipt, stepping up to a counter, and having staff move credit into your Encore Rewards profile.
For the Stay & Play or Dine and Play offers, the flow usually goes like this:
Step 1 Confirm that you actually qualify before leaving home. You either need a valid hotel reservation under a qualifying rate or a dining bill that hits the threshold. Without that, nothing starts.
Step 2 Pack proper Canadian government-issued photo ID. Stay & Play will not be issued without it, and Encore Rewards verification in general depends on it.
Step 3 With Stay & Play, your first stop is the hotel desk, not the casino. Present your booking confirmation and ID there. The $20 paper voucher is printed at check-in. You cannot walk into Elements Casino Victoria and expect them to pull it from thin air.
Step 4 Bring that physical voucher over to Elements Casino Victoria once you are checked in.
Step 5 On the gaming floor, head to the Encore Rewards desk or whatever redemption station is currently marked for promo redemptions.
Step 6 Hand over both the voucher and your Encore Rewards card. If you do not have a card yet, just tell the staff member. They register new Encore Rewards accounts in person on the spot and there is no fee.
Step 7 At that point, staff will either load the bonus play directly into your account or issue it as a separate play slip, depending on how their system is configured at that moment.
Step 8: You then take the credit to the bank of eligible machines. Usually that means slots and electronic table games; those are the standard qualifying categories for this type of promo.
Bonus play stays as play-only credit. It is not cash you can pull out at the cage, and it does not usually stack with other offers. Unless the written promo terms clearly say a combination is allowed, assume only one promotion applies at a time.
One practical note if you are planning a specific promo run: calling ahead makes sense. These offers rotate, some end quietly on a set date, and the online promo page is not always updated in real time. A quick phone check can save a wasted trip.
Encore Rewards - the Thing That Ties It Together
Almost everything that feels like a Victoria promo code at Elements Casino Victoria is being run through Encore Rewards in the background. Without an active card, some offers cannot be processed at all, and others turn into a longer process because staff need to build or verify your profile before applying anything. Registration is done on-site and there is no charge for it.
Here is what that looks like across the main promotions mentioned above:
| Promotion | Trigger | Bonus Amount | Eligible Games |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stay & Play | Hotel check-in with qualifying booking | $20 bonus play | Slots, electronic tables |
| Dine and Play | Qualifying dining purchase over $10 | $15 bonus play | Slots, electronic tables |
| The Well Public House | Purchase over $10 at The Well | $5 bonus play | Encore Rewards conditions apply |
| Poker rake promotion | $5 rake game participation | Gift-card draw entry | Poker tables |
The Encore Rewards card quietly logs your action at participating Casinos BC properties each time you visit. Activity converts into points, and once you hit certain tiers, extra offers start to appear. A lot of those higher-tier perks never show on the public promo pages; they only sit in your account as targeted deals.
Because of that, one simple habit helps: before you settle in at a machine, swing past the Encore Rewards desk and ask what is currently live on your profile. It is usually the quickest way to see whether something new has been attached to your tier or if a time-limited bonus is about to expire.
